The Costa Blanca area is famous for its healthy and sunny climate making it a great all year around destination.

Bocairent is situated within the sierra mariola mountains which is an inland region of Valencia, famous for its orange and lemon groves. Bocairent is packed with history. You can walk through the old town with its narrow cobbled streets, small squares and fountains and get a feel for what it was like hundreds of years ago. The unique bullring carved into the rock is the oldest in Valencia, dating back to 1843.

There are celebrations almost every month the main Bocairent fiestas are -

* January 'The Coming of the Three Kings',
* February the 'Moors and Christians' (renowned for being one of the best in the region)
* August is the  'Les Danses'.  Check out a video of the fiesta here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uiNQEKeBdkg&feature=PlayList&p=DCA734EA5CC48183&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=7
